2011 BMW X3 Recalled

In a small, but significant action, BMW is recalling 50 2011 X3s because a control module in the electric power-steering unit could malfunction, resulting in a sudden loss of power-steering assistance, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
BMW dealers will replace the electric power-steering unit in the X3.
The recall is expected to begin sometime this month.
