Alfa Romeo poses a four-leaf clover
The Quadrifoglio Verde emblem adorns now the MiTo and Giulietta . In the first case with a 1.4l turbo engine with 170HP Multiair, and in the second case the 1750cc big doro powered by TBi 235pk. The first one also a standard consumption of 5.9 l/100km while the second recorded every 7.6 l/100km asks.
Alfa Romeo models both called "sports cars in the heart and soul" but no mention about the acceleration or top speed. We will assume that MiTo Quadrifoglio Verde customers more sleep over the Mirror in matt chrome and Sabelt bucket seats. In the case of the Giulietta Quadrifoglio Verde 17-inch wheels are apparently the main feature.
New base engine for Audi A6
The A6 in both sedan and Avant body with a four-cylinder from Audi can equip the entry price of the great mid-range with over two thousand lower. For the lower price will have the front wheels only 180 horsepower to process.
The new base engine measures 2.0 liters, has four cylinders and has direct injection and a turbocharger. Pulling power is through a six-speed manual or Multitronic machine directed to the front wheels. Audi requires a minimum of € 44.500, - for the most economical engine.
For the A6 is the first four-cylinder gasoline engine. The power, good for 180 hp and 320 Nm, is capable of over 230 km / h and lays out the sprint from standstill to 100 km / h in 8.1 seconds. The paper consumption is 6.4 l/100 km.
Audi delivers the first copies in July. These are the sedans. The Avant is waiting until October.
GRMN Toyota: Hybrid Sports Car
Toyota will present this weekend at the 24 Hours of the Nürburgring this GRMN Sports Hybrid Concept II, which the manufacturer builds on the MR2 converted hybrid last year was presented at the Tokyo Motor Show.
Goodwood
Intact performance on the manufacturer still no word, but they give an indication of the empty weight of the summer Hybrid: 1,500 pounds. Anyone who is unable to Germany this weekend to travel, may GRMN Hybrid Sports Concept II even early July at the Festival of Speed Goofwood admire.
Suzuki Splash 1.2 cheaper
Suzuki is doing good in the price of Splash. Recently lowered the prices of brand-1.0 versions with up to 1,200 euros, partly because the city car with some adjustments and therefore lower CO2 emissions will be exempted from BPM. And road tax, what the private buyer in this segment is a welcome bonus.
The 1.2 shock just too much CO2 to all these benefits, but with 94 horsepower or substantially more power than the 1.0, that should do it with 65 hp. Another advantage of the 1.2 is that this engine is available with automatic transmission.
Because the price difference between the two engines after the earlier price of the 1.0 models become very large, Suzuki lowers now the prices of the 1.2 versions. They are up to 1,140 euros cheaper, depending on the model. The price reduction is effective immediately.
BMW 1-Series M Coupe with 3.0 CSL Stripes
The M-festival at the Nurburgring hosts the best of the best from the German manufacturer BMW. The Germans released the 2012 BMW M5 to the public, introduced the new BMW M3 CRT and gave glimpse of the brand new F10M M5 Ring Taxi.
Guys over at BMWblog.com spotted a BMW 1-Series M Coupe with the famous 3.0 CSL-style stripes. The Alpine White 1M has a similar graphical theme on the car as the rendering first created by Jon Sibal in 2010.
2012 BMW M3 CRT Lightweight Sedan Debuts at Nurburgring
Huge rear seat bolsters. Sure, there are lot of great things about the new M3 CTR Lightweight sedan, which debuted at BMW’s M Night (Shyamalan?) in the opening festivities to the Nürburgring 24 Hours race, but the bolsters are just awesome to look at. Please do so for a while in our galleries, then move on with the rest of this story.
There was a lot of speculation after the original BMW M3 Lightweight Sedan Concept debuted a few months back that the production version would share the base M3’s motor, not the larger, more powerful one from the Euro-only GTS coupe. That isn’t the case, which is fortunate for every one of the 67 people who will get to buy one at a price not yet disclosed. That engine is a 4.4-liter V8, delivering 450 horsepower at 8300 rpm and 324 lb-ft of torque at 3750 revs. Out back, the sports exhaust gets a lightweight titanium muffler. Things the CRT doesn’t share with the GTS? A factory roll cage and those cool center-lock hubs. This car has boring old wheel bolts.
2012 BMW M3 CRT Lightweight Sedan
This car isn’t called the M3 CRT Big Horsepower though, so let’s get to the things that make it lighter than a standard M3 sedan. Benefitting from new manufacturing processes developed for the carbon-intensive BMW i3 and i8 models coming in 2013, the M3 CRT has a hood that consists of two carbon-fiber sheets encasing an aramid composite honeycomb for added rigidity. As a result, it has the strength of a traditional steel hood with just a quarter of the weight. Compared to a normal M3’s aluminum piece, the weight is halved. Inside the cabin, the front bucket seats use the same process and therefore benefit from the same weight savings. The result is a car that weighs just 3483 pounds despite standard equipment that includes a dual-clutch transmission, navigation, a high-end BMW Individual audio system, and parking sensors. BMW says that, while the official weight savings is 100 pounds, if all this equipment is considered, the real savings is over 150 pounds. And considered alongside the car’s added horsepower, the cuts are good for a ratio of 7.7 pounds for each pony to carry, an improvement of roughly one full pound over the regular M3 sedan.

Audi Q5 Hybrid Quattro
During the development process, Audi focused on a high share of electrically powered driving. Audi Q5 Hybrid Quattro
The Audi Q5 hybrid quattro is the perfect car for an active lifestyle. It is efficient, dynamic, spacious, multifunctional and comfortable. It will be appearing in the fourth quarter of 2011 at a starting price of EUR 53,700.

Alfa Romeo Giulietta 1.4
Alfa Romeo Giulietta 1.4
How wrong we were.
Alfa Romeo Giulietta 1.4
This car is outstanding, easily the best Alfa we have driven in a long time.
Alfa Romeo Giulietta 1.4
The unique 1.4-litre TB MultiAir engine produces 125kW of power and up to 250Nm of torque in dynamic mode, yet uses only 5.8 litres of petrol per 100km.
The dash from 0-100km/h takes 7.8 seconds, just a second slower than the more powerful QV.
We clocked up almost 700km in the 1.4-litre turbocharged tyro this week and came away impressed by its styling and performance, as well as the ride and handling.
The ride is quite unexpectedly supple, nothing like the jarring encounters we have had with other Alfas in the past.
2011 Aston Martin Virage
It was an Aston Martin.
Just what makes one so special? It doesn't have scissor doors and it can't break world speed records.
Perhaps it's the beauty, which as I learned, compels me to trace the lines on the aluminum skin as if to solidify its ethereal presence as I stood next to it. But beauty alone does not define this marque.
aston martin virage
The underlying philosophy of every Aston Martin is very distinct; it's as though they reflect virtues prized in its home nation.
Aston Martin V12 Zagato on track at the Nurburgring
Aston Martins’ V12 Zagato Concept is easily one of the rarest cars in the world at the moment. In fact, it’s still only a concept car, borne out of a mutual quest by Zagato and the bespoke English sports car company to build a modern interpretation of the famous DB4 GT Zagato of 1960.
At best, there would only be a handful of these cars around, but that doesn’t mean you can’t race them at this year’s Nurburgring 24-Hour race. At least that what Aston Martin boss Ulrich Bez thinks, and he’s leading the experienced driver team, which includes the company’s Nurburgring Test Centre Director, Wolfgang Schuhbauer along with amateur race driver Peter Cate. Experienced enduro racer and One-77 Chief Engineer Chris Porritt, who will be joined by sports car racer Oliver Mathai and Aston’s regular journalist driver, Richard Meaden, will pilot the second car.
The two cars will be put through their paces at this weekend’s VLN5 four-hour race at the Nurburgring this Saturday as an opportunity to further prepare the cars for the 24-Hour long haul on June 25 and 26.
2012 Mercedes ML First Look
Mercedes ML First Look
The car looks a bit like the renderings we’ve featured before, and seem to have become more chunky and sturdy. There is nothing special really about the way it looks, you immediately recognize it as an ML. But that’s a good thing. Mercedes ML ha always been a dignified SUV and it’s a good job Mercedes hasn’t mess with it. They’ve just tweaked the old design to make it more elegant, and they seem to have pull it off very well.
The interior is now closer to the rest of the Mercedes range, but with a four-spoke steering wheel and a nice and luxurious two-tone dashboard. Usually after the pictures of a new model leak out, official info will follow soon, so stay tuned.
2012 Mercedes-Benz M Class Official Details Released
2012 Mercedes-Benz M Class
Looking at the car’s exterior, what everyone loved about it was that while it’s a significant redesign, it keeps the same silhouette and you can instantly recognize the car as an M Class. Among the restyled elements we can count the tail lights and headlights, which now feature LED daytime running lights, the entire front fascia was modified and the alloy wheels are available in sizes ranging from 17 to 21-inch.
